SERVICES
The Mind Refuge Therapeutic Services
The heart of my practice is based on integration of mind and body, of science and spirituality, of emotions and reasons. I apply a rational spiritual therapeutic lens, blending my training in modern scientific psychological practices with eastern philosophy, to deliver modalities rooted in evidence-based practices.
Separately, spirituality and science can be unreasonable or rigid. Together, they combine intuition and structure - tools to shape self-awareness, resilience, and purpose - ingredients to live fulfilling lives.

Individual Psychotherapy
As an integrative therapist, my therapeutic craft draws from third wave cognitive behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic therapy in combination with trauma focused and somatic practices like emotional embodiment, mindfulness, movement and breath work. Melding these modalities creates a dynamic lens for cognitive and emotional awareness and positive transformation.
Using modes of productivity and efficiency with processes of listening to the authentic innerself, I actively collaborate with my clients to think deeply and develop insights into their emotions and patterns of behavior. Together, we will reframe narratives by integrating our light and shadow sides, devise a purpose driven road map, and implement strategies for life transitions in alignment with our core values. Clients start to make meaning of their past experiences, heal from trauma, feel connected within and outside themselves.
Psychedelic Integration
Recent research has been exploring the therapeutic potential of psychedelics substances. This has led to an increased interest in the use of psychedelics (such as MDMA, ketamine, psilocybin and LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) for spiritual growth, symptom reduction, enhancement of wellness, or to enhance creativity. Psychedelic substances lead to an altered perception of one's sense of self and an increased awareness of mental processes. For some this shift in awareness can be healing and transformative, and for others it may lead to overwhelm, confusion and fear.
As an MDMA assisted psychotherapist trained by MAPS , I utilize an inner-directed approach, to support my clients in integrating mind-body experiences following a psychedelic experience. The process involves revisiting your intentions, exploring and sharing insights from your experiences, learning tools for self care and helping “make meaning” of these experiences. The goal of integration is to get the most from your psychedelic experience.
